As planed I bought 150$ in ORCC (w71) and 150$ in AVGO (w72).
Review
Week 71 $10.41 and week 72 $7.00 entered the account. Since inception in August last year, this are $263.85. Keep in mind to catch up with an article I follow, I added more capital in the beginning to catch up with the weeks.
EXG and SPY are still the largest positions.
With the split of GOOGL I now also own 1.6 shares of it.
After 6 months and 2 weeks the best performing ticker is AVGO because I decided to take profit at one point. The worst performer is JHG, but it pays 6.32% in dividends. I don’t plan to make any changes for now on this ticker.
According to Fidelity, where I hold the account, the account is down 3.19% as of 6/30 for the life of the data. Now, the first transaction was GILD on 8/26/2021. SPY was down (closing prices) in this time frame 15.4%.
This portfolio is doing better then the market, despite being down a bit as well.
I started to write daily (if I can manage) weekly market reviews. As of now I am not publishing them. It is an exercise to keep me accountable to myself. Based on my comments the QQQ's have the stronger trend. Based on this conviction I will pick 2 tech stocks to add to for this week.
Next Week's Plan
75$ will go into CSCO and 75$ will go into INTC.
