Week 208-211 (till Mar. 21, 2025)

Review

In the last 4 weeks $154.62 of dividend payments entered the account.
I talked about WMT in the last post. This is how WMT looks 4 weeks later. We lost the point of control at $95ish.
WMT-2025-03-23
Now, not everything that happened here is the reaction to the WMT results only. The entire market tanked. Tariffs, no tariffs, tariffs. Trump mentioning that if there is a recession coming, so be it. The market hates uncertainty. We are now on a level of support. I am going to watch it closely. There may be a nice covered call trade setting up. The most shares in the past 6 months were traded at the $80ish level. It could be, that we go down back to that level or even further down.
I found a tender offer in my account to sell my AB shares for $38.50. Now those shares only cover full shares. My account has 7.696 shares. I decided to take the offer. The average purchase price was $37.70ish. Closing price on Friday was  $38.03. Getting an extra 47 cents works for me. I like the yield on the shares. With 11% it is quiet attractive. I will keep an eye on it. I can always re-establish the position. The fractional shares stay in my account.

Plans

I have to review, where I am with the 200$/week investing. I did not invest anything over the past 4 weeks. Life was just to busy. I am not going to fuzz over it. Now, that a lot of things are on a discount. I will have to make up a bit. With a lot of things being on sale for around 10% or more off, it is a good time to go shopping. After all, we all like to shop when things are on sale. Now I am NOT advertising to load the boat on anything.
FEPI went down with the market about 10%. I am adding 200$. The make up position goes to JEPQ.
