As planed the money went into OHI.

Review

Since inception I added a total of $11,850 to the account. As of/12/31/2022 there are still $1,450 in cash.
This covers the purchases for January and February. Since inception the account returned $481.67 in dividends. For 2022 this are $430.08. This number also contains payments from stock spin offs e.g. T as well as includes what I paid for ADR fees or foreign tax.
With $10,400 invested, the yield of the account is 4.6%.

Best and Worst Performers

The top 3 best performing tickets in the account are (data are since inception): 
CI  (Cigna) up 53.58%, accounts for 1.14% of the portfolio
CAH (Cardinal Health) up 47.69%, accounts for 1.12% of the portfolio
BP (British Petrolium) up 30.97%, accounts for 0.41 % of the portfolio
The  3 worst performers are
AQN (Algonquin Power Utils) down 51.03%, accounts for 0.77% of the portfolio
PTY (Pimco Corporate and Income Fund) down, accounts for 40.29% of the portfolio
INTC (Intel) down 33.65%, accounts for 2.56% of the portfolio.
Overall the account is down 8.53%. The S&P500 is down 19%.


Week 96 Plans

Week 96 (Jan 02-06) will get the $150 into FSK. Goal for this year is to get the increase the yield for the account to 5%.
